A taste of things to come

We here at Warning Signs try to keep busy all the time. Here's a little taste of what we have coming up.

We'll be interviewing Chris Weedin, author and creator Horror Rules, a role-playing game that gives players the chance to act out their favorite scenes from classic horror.

After the interview, Warning Signs will get into a game. The question is: who should we be?

Speaking of RPGs, White Wolf is celebrating the 20th anniversary of "Vampire: The Masquerade." Warning Signs used to play and is a fan of "Kindred: The Embraced," the short-unlived TV show based on the game. We'll take you back to our playing days, look at some of our favorite Tim Bradstreet art, and talk about the show.

Warning Signs hasn't yet decided if we'll be watching "The Human Centipede," but we're leaning toward yes. Because Warning Signs is currently sharing their home with some guests, it won't be until Wednesday at the earliest.

At the moment, we're reading "A Dark Matter," by Peter Straub, the most recent recipient of the Bram Stoker Award for Superior Achievement in a Novel. We're at page 205 of 586, but should finish soon. So far, so good.

And, of course, there is the big zombie walk in Seattle on Saturday. Warning Signs is hoping to be there. Clicking on some of the ads on this page will help get him there.

Until then, read any posts you've missed. Tell us what your favorite "Twilight Zone" episode is, read guest blogger Savannah Tranchell's thoughts on "True Blood" or just drop us a line to say hello.

Stay scared!
